BATTERY
Jennifer L. Ferrar, 26, 234 Evergreen Parkway, #3, Crystal Lake, was charged with two counts of domestic battery on July 5. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.

Linda E. Stavroplos, 31, 324 Summit Ave., Woodstock, was charged with failure to wear a seatbelt and arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for registration suspension on July 5. She was released on $300 bond and a July 21 court date.
Renee S. Hartz, 64, 1032 Baldwin Lane, Oak Park, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license on July 6. She was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 16 court date.
Samuel L. Milliman, 23, 619 Greenbrier Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with reckless driving on July 7. He was released on $200 bond and an Aug. 23 court date.
Antonio Daniel Cercos, 30, 4214 Ponca St., McHenry, was charged with improper passing and operating an uninsured vehicle on July 8. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 9 court date.
Jennifer Lynn Pratt, 39, 17814 Johnson St., #PO, Union, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and a defective windshield on June 28. She was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 16 court date.
Stephen D. Gallagher, 19, 1806 Hemlock Place, Schaumburg, was charged with reckless conduct and reckless driving on July 1. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
THEFT
Bryan J. Sonnen, 28, 23225 Providence Dr., Kildeer, was charged with theft of services on July 4. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a July 19 court date.
Joshua Leroy Lynch, 29, 110 S. Virginia St., #2, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on July 9. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
BURGLARY
A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with residential burglary and theft on July 5. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set.

OTHER OFFENSES
Ashley Jean Campbell, 24, 1233 Harvest Ct., Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of DeKalb County for failure to appear for larceny on July 4. She was released on $300 bond and a DeKalb County Court date Aug. 4.
Todd E. Petty, 46, 183 Burning Bush, Crystal Lake, was charged with criminal damage to property on July 6. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 23 court date.
Justin Kalni Martin, 19, 1514 Briarwood Circle, Crystal Lake, was charged with interfering with the report of domestic violence on July 7. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and given a July 26 court date.
Sandeep Muttrega, 30, 1673 Carlemont Dr., #A, Crystal Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct on July 8. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 9 court date.
Walter Adam Krochmal, 41, 818 Crabtree Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with criminal damage to property on July 9. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 2 court date.
Pedro Juan Garcia, 21, 1474 Briarwood Circle, Crystal Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct on July 3. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and given a July 26 court date.
Richard P. Brandt, 58, 1152 Windslow Circle, Crystal Lake, was charged with hosting a public nuisance assemblage on July 4. He was released with a notice to appear and an Aug. 12 court date.
