The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. 

DRIVING OFFENSES 

Jaime Dealba-Delgadillo, 36, 221 Union St., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license on June 4. He was released on $150 bond and a July 19 court date.

Hever Barerra-Castillo, 23, 2440 Aspen St., Woodstock, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle on June 24. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 2 court date. 

DRUGS

Alexander Jonothan Sturm , 19, 1008 N. Deer Ave., Palatine, was charged with  unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of cannabis and operating an uninsured vehicle on June 25. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 16 court date. 

Leonardo Rafael Carrion, 19, 310 Ridge Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis on June 25. He was released on $150 bond and an Aug. 16 court date. 

OTHER OFFENSES

Alexey N. Briscoe, 20, 1 Surrey Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with criminal damage to state supported property, criminal trespass to state supported property, discharge of a pellet gun and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on June 25. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and given a June 28 court date. 

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal damage to state supported property, criminal trespass to state supported property, curfew violation and discharge of a pellet gun on June 25. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set. 

A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal damage to state supported property, criminal trespass to state supported property, curfew violation and discharge of a pellet gun on June 25. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set.
