The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. 

BATTERY 

Craig Miller, 44, 1783 King Gates Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery of a senior citizen and three counts of domestic battery on May 24. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.

DRIVING OFFENSES 

Paul Andrew Colangelo, 40, 817 Washington St., Woodstock, was charged with failure to notify owner of a property damage accident on May 27. He was released on $150 bond and a June 21 court date.

Catherine Jean Stuart, 43, 195 Dole Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended, unlawful use of driver’s license, suspended registration, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to notify the Secretary of State of address change on May 25. She was released on $150 bond and a June 28 court date. 

Raul Briseno, 22, 788 Pointe Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of Cook County for driving while license revoked on May 25. He was released on$500 bond and a June 16 court date. 

THEFT 

Lizbeth A. Salazar, 20, 572 Somerset Lane, #2, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on May 23. She was released on $150 bond and a June 21 court date. 

Grzegorz Piotr Koch, 39, 1004 Hawthorne Dr., Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on May 25. He was released on $150 bond and a July 5 court date. 

OTHER OFFENSES 

James Alan Kill, 45, 1098 Amberwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for criminal damage to property on May 23. He was released on $150 bond and a June 23 court date.
