ALCOHOL
William Paul Joseph, Jr., 20, 330 Harold St., Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor on May 6. He was released on $150 bond and a June 7 court date.

David Christopher Fenton, 18, 818 Oak Valley Drive, Crystal Lake was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor and retail theft on May 7. He was released on $150 bond with a June 7 court date.

Joseph William Honer, 43, 532 Nunda Trail, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and with a blood alcohol level over .08, speeding, operating an uninsured vehicle and a defective muffler on May 10. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and given a June 21 court date.
Reynaldo Lee Fuentes, 22, 602 Reese Ave., East Dundee, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and a blood alcohol level over .08 and operating an uninsured vehicle on May 15. He was released on $100 bond and his driver’s license and a June 14 court date.
DRUGS
Dana A. Smith, 33, 101 Willey St., Gilberts, was charged with attempted acquisition of a controlled substance on May 6 and released on $150 bond and a June 21 court date.
Richard Perez, 18, 4805 Rose St., Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on May 7. He was released on $150 bond and a June 28 court date.
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass to state supported property on April 29. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set.
Edward James Brennan, IV, 27, 1423 Windsor Circle, Carpentersville, was arrested on a warrant out of Kane County for unlawful possession of cannabis and resisting a peace officer and a warrant out of Carpentersville for criminal damage to property on May 13. He was released on $1,400 bond with court dates for Boon County and Carpentersville to be set.
DRIVING OFFENSES
Carlos Molina Dantes, 19, 451 Buckingham Drive, #7, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license on May 13. He was released on $150 bond and a June 21 court date.
Michelle L. Bough, 41, 2029 Greenview Drive, Woodstock, was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident on April 23. She was released on $150 bond and a May 24 court date.
Heidi L. Sartin, 25, 3708 W. Freund Ave., McHenry, was charged with driving while license suspended and failure to wear a seatbelt on May 9. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and given a June 7 court date.
Steven A. Megis, 52, 1290 Newcastle Drive, Hoffman Estates, was arrested on a warrant out of Boone County for failure to appear for driving while license suspended on May 9. He was transported to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a Boone County court date to be set.
Yesela Hernandez Chavez, 18, 455 Oriole Trail, Cary was charged with driving without a valid driver’s licence and one headlight on May 1 and was released with a notice to appear and a June 21 court date.
Justin David Wagner, 21, 1373 Mulberry Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended, suspended registration, failure to signal turn and resisting a peace officer on May 2. He was released on $300 bond and a June 7 court date.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct on May 6. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set.
ASSAULT
A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with assault, domestic battery, interfering with reporting of domestic battery and resisting a peace officer on May 11. The juvenile was released to an adult with a court date to be set.
Isidro Segura, 27, 148 W. Woodstock St., #D, Crystal Lake, was charged with aggravated assault on May 1. He was released on $150 bond and a June 14 court date.
BATTERY
A 15-year-old juvenile was charged with domestic battery on May 2 and released with a notice to appear. Court date to be set.
Elliott Hayward, 32, 231 Prairie St., #D, Crystal Lake, was charged with domestic battery on May 8. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office and given a May 9 court date.
Eziquiel Del Angel, 33, 160 W. Woodstock St., #B, Crystal Lake, was charged with two counts of aggravated battery and unlawful use of a weapon on May 1. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
Douglas R. Rooney, 28, 603 Nash Road, Crystal Lake, was charged with aggravated domestic battery, unlawful restraint, two counts of domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence on May 1. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with domestic battery and interfering with reporting of domestic violence on May 14. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set.
THEFT
A 13-year-old juvenile was charged with theft over $300 on May 13. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set.
Cassandra Nicole Grifford, 24, 260 Redwing Drive, Woodstock, was charged with retail theft on April 17. She was released on $150 bond and a May 24 court date.
Kaitlyn Grace Grifford, 18, 260 Redwing Drive, Woodstock, was charged with retail theft on April 17. She was released on $150 bond and a May 24 court date.
Ginny Lynn Linker, 42, 5504 Cleveland Drive, McHenry, was charged with theft $300 and under on April 29. She was released on $150 bond and a May 17 court date.
Michael J. Novak, 27, 511 Coventry, Crystal Lake, was charged with theft over $300, driving while license suspended and arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for battery and failure to appear for driving while license suspended on April 29. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
Anthony J. Concialdi, 50, 14146 Jancowski Road, Woodstock, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for theft May 12. He was released on $3,000 bond and a May 19 court date.
A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with retail theft on May 12 and released to a parent. Court date to be set.
Alexander Michael Moore, 18, 1719 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock, was charged with retail theft on May 1. He was released on $150 bond and a June 7 court date.
OTHER
McClundon Taylor Gray, 29, 1640 Mulberry Court, Elgin, was arrested on a warrant out of Boone County for failure to appear for obstructing justice on May 10. He was released on $200 bond and a Boone County court date May 27.
