The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Crystal Lake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. 

ALCOHOL 

Matthew M. Phemister, 20, 364 Corrine Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, unlawful possession of a driver’s license and aggravated assault on April 15. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.

DRUGS  

Michael Steven Zebell, 38, 1625 Warrington Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and battery on April 16. He was released on $150 bond and a May 10 court date.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use of a weapon and theft of $500 and under on April 25. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set. 

DRIVING OFFENSES 

Wojciech Jablonski, 34, 405 S. E. Van Loon Terrace, Cape Coral, Fla., was charged with driving while license suspended and unsafe movement of a parked vehicle on April 16. He was released on $150 bond and a May 3 court date. 

Jose J. Barradas-Meza, 36, 197 Marian Parkway, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle and no headlights when required on April 17. He was released on $150 bond and a May 10 court date.

Shane Patrick Russel Wilder, 26, 727 Hartford Ave., Rockford, was charged with driving while license suspended and disregarding a traffic control device on April 22. He was released on $150 bond and a May 24 court date. 

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with speeding 40-plus on March 30. The juvenile was released on a driver’s license bond with a court date to be set. 

BATTERY 

Abraham Marin Silva, 25, 7209 Cowlin St., Crystal Lake, was charged with two counts of domestic battery, home invasion, criminal trespass to residence, battery and theft $300 and under and criminal trespass to property on April 8. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with an April 9 court date. 

Philip John Dawson, 24, 4807 Daniel Drive, Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for battery on April 9. He was released on a $200 bond and a May 3 court date. 

Nolber Morales-Hernandez, 33, 99 Oriole Trail, Crystal Lake, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s office for battery and criminal trespass to property on April 17. He was released on $100 bond and a May 10 court date. 

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with battery on April 13 and released to a parent. A court date to be set. 

Sammy L. Mears, 44, 5801 Bunny Ave., McHenry, was charged with domestic battery on April 15. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s office with a court date to be set. 

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with battery on April 23 and released to a parent. A court date to be set.

THEFT 

Julieta Hernandez-Dorantes, 23, 100 Sunset Drive, #105, Cary, was charged with retail theft on April 16. She was released on $150 bond and a May 17 court date. 

Sergey Zaikin, 44, 788 Checker, Buffalo Grove, was charged with retail theft on April 23. He was released on $150 bond and a May 17 court date.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT 

A 14-year-old juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct on April 26 and released to a parent. Court date to be set. 

William Roger Brandt, 49, no known address, was charged with disorderly conduct on April 8. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a May 17 court date. 

OTHER OFFENSES

Clare Thomas Anderson, 42, 24835 N. Black Walnut, Cary, was arrested on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court. He was released on $200 bond and a May 6 court date.
