ALCOHOL
Gary E. Page, 60, 212 N. Main St., Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of cannabis, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage on April 1. He was released on $175 bond and his driver’s license; court date on May 3.

DRUGS
David Leo Stoller, 29, 2025 Zumbehl, #134, St. Charles, MO, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, following too closely, improper turn and no front registration on March 31. He was released on $150 bond and a May 3 court date.

Isaac Wilhelm, 19, 6103 Northwest Hwy., Chicago, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and arrested on a warrant out of Kane County for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor on April 2. He was released on $650 bond and a May 3 court date. Kane County court date to be set.
DRIVING OFFENSES
Abraham Marin Silva, 25, 121 Cherry St., Cary, was charged with driving while license suspended, possession of a suspended driver’s license, failure to illuminate headlights and failure to notify Secretary of State of address change. He was released on $150 bond and an April 12 court date.
Antonio Jimenez Ruano, 34, 1717 Rogers Ave., McHenry, was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, unsafe equipment and no valid safety test inspection on March 25. He was released on $150 bond and an April 26 court date.
Juan Carlos Cleto-Desiderio, 24, 162 W. Woodstock St., #F, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving while license suspended on March 28. He was released on $150 bond and an April 26 court date.
Jorge J.Silva, 46, 457 Lloyd St., Cary, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle on March 30. He was released on $150 bond and a May 10 court date.
Noelia Y. Acevedo, 24, 340 Crystal St., #D, Cary, was charged with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle on April 3. She was released on $150 bond and a May 17 court date.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Matthew James Rogers, 27, 561 Nash Rd., Crystal Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct on March 27. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office; court date May 3.
BATTERY
Panagiotis Georgios Bournas, 26, of 277 Robin Ln., Wood Dale, was charged with battery on April 3. He was released on $150 bond and a May 17 court date.
Philip Andrew Clark, 36, 695 Coventry Ln., Crystal Lake, was charged with battery on March 31. He was released on $150 bond and an April 19 court date.
THEFT
Shawn Richard Thiede, 34, 222 Wallace Dr., Cary, was charged with retail theft on April 3. He was released on $150 bond and a May 3 court date.
OTHER
Heriberto Martinez Alvarez, 40, 39332 N. Carol Ln., Beach Park, was arrested for a warrant out of Waukegan for larceny on March 29. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office. Waukegan court date to be set.
