Marc D. Larson, 46, 638 Tamarisk Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft on Feb. 3. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 22 court date.

On Feb. 5, Adan Meza, 18, 1410 Commons Drive #14, Woodstock, was charged with retail theft. He was released on a $150 bond with Feb. 5 court date.
Kenneth J. Dean, 70, 335 Natoma Trail, Algonquin, was charged with retail theft on Feb. 7. He was released on a $150 bond with a court date of March 8.

Maria T. Tapia-Flores, 18, 301 Admiral Drive, Harvard, was charged with retail theft on Feb. 9. She was released on a $150 bond with a court date of March 15.
On Feb. 12, Jessica M. Caccavallo, 19, 698 W. Main St., Cary, was charged with retail theft and released on a $150 bond with a court date of March 22.
Holly C. Van Crey, 20, 19 Hillcrest Ave., Fox Lake was charged with retail theft on Feb. 13 and taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff with a March 22 court date.
Sean A. Sanford, 21, 586 Parkside Court, Crystal Lake was charged with retail theft on Feb. 14. She was released on a $150 bond with a March 8 court date.
Theft
Patrick C. Prendergast, 18, 180 Glen Ave., #1, Crystal Lake, was charged with theft on Feb. 10. He was released on a $150 bond and has a March 22 court date.
Drug Charges
Alexander J. Gregory, 19, 6326 W. Giddings, Chicago, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of cannabis on Feb. 6. He was released on a $250 bond with a March 15 court date.
Also charged, Jeffrey Sluyk, 18, 402 E. Kensington Rd., Mt. Prospect, with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of cannabis. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 15 court date.
Ryan M. Johnson, 20, 1399 Loch Lomond Drive, Crystal Lake was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 16. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 8 court date.
Alex J. Marunde, 20, 269 Plymouth Lane, Crystal Lake was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis on Feb. 16. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 15 court date.
Driving Offenses
Robert C. Bayuk, 26, 9804 Green St., Hebron was charged on Feb. 6, with driving while license suspended, suspended registration and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 22 court date.
Lee Roy Rhoderick, 54, 631 Nash Road, Crystal Lake, was charged for driving without a valid license. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 15 court date.
Damian D. Myers, 30, 2121 Kristan Ave., North Chicago, was charged with driving while license suspended and speeding on Feb. 10. He was released on a $150 bond and his driver’s license. He has a March 8 court date.
Claudia Garcia, 34, of 941 Golf Course Road #4, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving without a valid license, leaving the scene of property damage accident, and failure to yield .She was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.
Lucas Allen Altmayer, 18, 330 N. Slucher St., Round Lake, was charged with driving without a valid license and improper lane usage on Feb. 11. He was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
On Feb. 11, Jose J. Perez-Ramirez, 34, 1532 Seminary Ave., Woodstock, #A, was charged with driving without a valid license and disregarding a traffic control device. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 22 court date.
On. Feb. 12, Nicholas D. Gitzinger, 21, 572 Cress Creek Terrace, Crystal Lake, was charged with failure to notify damage to unattended vehicle and failure to report an accident. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.
Eleazar A. Matus, 21, 5 Elizabeth Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged with driving while license suspended and expired registration on Feb. 12. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.
Luis A. Hernandez, 29, 130 W. Woodstock St., #D, Crystal Lake was charged with driving while license revoked and operating an uninsured vehicle on Feb. 12. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.
On. Feb. 12, Alejandro Olmos-Anaya, 30, 5387 Lansbury Circle, Lake in the Hills, was charged with no valid drivers license and failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision. H was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.
Jairo J. Hernandez, 23, 3709 Timothy Lane, McHenry was charged with driving while license revoked and speeding on Feb. 14. He was released on a $150 bond with a court date of March 8.
Javier Slaina, 39, 76 Talcott Drive, Crystal Lake was charged with driving without a valid license and improper lane unsafe on Feb. 14. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 8 court date.
Randall P. Laemont, 51, 2006 Flicker Lane, Rolling Meadows, was charged with driving while license suspended improper se of registration and operating an uninsured vehicle, on Feb. 17. He was released on a $150 bond with a April 5 court date.
DUI
Jennifer L. Wickersty, 45, 966 E. Stone Creek, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage, battery and resisting a police officer, on Jan. 30. She was released on a $400 bond and has a March 8 court date.
On Feb. 7, Christopher J. Yokas, 41, 824 Elm St., Algonquin, was charged with driving under the influence, no headlights when required, disobeyed traffic control device, improper lane usage and driving on the wrong side of the road. He was released on a $100 bond and his driver’s license and ahs a March 8 court date.
Tony A. Gutierrez, 25, 7208 Niagra Lane, Wonder Lake, was charged with Driving under the influence and improper lane usage. He was released on a $100 bond and his license and has a March 22 court date.
On Feb. 16, Pedro Lopez-Matheis, 37, 5108 W. Shore Drive, McHenry, was charged with driving under the influence, breath alcohol content over .08, no valid drivers license, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane usage. He was released on a $300 bond with a March 8 court date.
Arlene J. Donahue, 63, 7111 Crystal Springs Road, Crystal Lake, was charged with aggravated DUI, driving under the influence, breath alcohol content over .08, driving while license revoked, unlawful use of license, and improper turn signal. She was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff with a March 15 court date.
Underage Drinking
Justin J. Schneck, 19, 775 Elderberry Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was released with a notice to appear in court March 15.
Battery
Stephanie Berquist, 49, 1914 Blue Pine Drive, Crystal Lake was charged with battery on Feb. 12. She was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.
Wanted on a Warrant
Brian J. Meads, Jr., 34, 3339 York Lane, Island Lake, was arrested for being wanted on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office, for two counts of endangering the life of a child on Feb. 12. He was released on a $200 bond with a March 8 court date.
David J. Witt, 36, 55 Esther St., Crystal Lake, was wanted on a warrant by the McHenry County Sheriff for violation of an order of protection. He was released on a $400 bond with a March 3 court date.
Tara A. Klapp, 29, 953 Nottingham Lane, Crystal Lake, was wanted on a warrant for probation violation. She was released on a $500 bond with a March 14 court date.
Jessica M. Mettler, 24, 1432 Skyridge Drive #C, Crystal Lake was waned on a DuPage County warrant for speeding. She was released on a $100 bond with a March 24 court date.
Unlawful Possession of Firearm Ammunition
On Feb. 14, Vernon K. Maddox, 55, 1146 Prescott Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of firearm ammunition with a FOID card. He was released on a $150 bond with a court date of March 8.
Forgery
On Feb. 14, Ivis Alexis, 20, 4241 Lake Cook road, Palatine, was charged with three counts of forgery, unlawful possession of a fraudulent ID and obstruction identification and was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff with a court date to be set.
