Forgery

Aubrey S. Vining, 19, 5811 Wild Plum Road, Crystal Lake, was charged, Jan. 27, with forgery, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession of cannabis. She was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff with a court date to be set.

Obstructing Justice

Kevin M. Rooney, 20, 1205 Woodland Drive, Marengo, was wanted on a warrant for obstructing justice. He was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 5, with a court date of March 2.

Traffic Offenses

Ramon Falocn-Gonzalez, 51, 36 Leaward St., Lakemoor, was charged, Jan. 28, with improper lane usage and no valid drivers license. He was released on a $150 bond with a Feb. 17 court date.

Ninfa Bernabe-Acosta, 34, 125 Mayfield Ave., Crystal Lake was charged with driving without a valid license and released wit a notice to appear in court on Feb. 15.

Rafael Andrade, 46, 113 San Juan Road, Carpentersville, was charged with driving without a valid license and failure to wear a seatbelt on Jan. 31. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.

Cory J. Madsen, 22, 77 N. Williams St., #A, Crystal Lake was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.

Jennifer L. Farrar, 25, 324 Evergreen, Crystal Lake, was charged, on Jan. 15, with driving while license suspended, failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision, operating an uninsured vehicle, and child under 16 unrestrained by seatbelt. She was released on a $150 bond with a Feb. 8 court date.

On. Jan. 20, Kristine E. Orzech, 22, 86 Silver Tree Circle, Cary, was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision, failure to notify damage to unattended vehicle, improper turn and improper lane usage. She was released on a $150 bond with a court date of March 1.

On. Jan. 21, a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with leaving the scene of property damage accident and failure to notify damage to unattended vehicle. The juvenile was released to a parent with a court date to be set.

Jeffrey W. Penfold, 51, 25 E. Helen Road, Palatine, was charged with no valid drivers license, operating an unissued vehicle. He was released on a $150 bond with a Feb. 15 court date.

Andres C. Rodriguez, 31, 645 Slocum Lake Road, Wauconda, was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle and suspended registration on Jan. 25. He was released on a $150 bond with a Feb. 22 court date.

Thomas E Russell, 49, 1511 Ramble Road, McHenry, was charged, Jan. 25, with driving while license suspended, unlawful use of license, suspended registration and failure to notify the Secretary of State of an address change. He was released on a $150 bond with a court date of Feb. 22.

Melissa R. Moncada, 30, 3609 Smoke Tree Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged with possession of a cancelled drivers license, no valid license, and speeding on Jan. 26. She was released on a $150 bond with a March 8 court date.

Rudolfo J. Rivera, 21, 1965 Sheila St., #206, Woodstock, was charged with driving while license suspended on Jan. 26. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.

On Jan. 26, a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with driving without a valid license and released to a parent with a March 8 court date.

On Jan. 28, Ervin L Campbell, 21, 175 N. Hunter Ave., Kankakee, was charged with no valid drivers license, unlawful used of registration and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff with a March 1 court date.

Criminal Trespass

On Jan. 21, a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal trespass to state-supported land and released to a parent with a court date to be set.

DUI

Thomas S. Evans, 22, 6227 S. Blue Court, Crystal Lake, was charged with driving under the influence, on Jan. 21, and disregarding a traffic control device. He was released on a $100 bond and his license with a Feb. 22 court date.

Retail Theft

Anton G. Antanasov, 35, 1261 Prairie View Parkway, Cary, was charged with retail theft on Jan. 29. He was released on a $150 bond with a March 1 court date.

Kim T. Gregorio, 42, 1261 Prairie View Parkway, Cary, was charged with retail theft on Jan. 29. She was released on a $150 bond with a March 8 court date.

Elizabeth Reyes-Delgado, 35, 243 Uteg S.#8, Crystal Lake, was charged with retail theft and contributing to the delinquency of a child. She was released on a $150 bond with a Feb. 15 court date.

Contempt of Court

Francis K. Spaulding, 39,1216 Walnut Glen Drive, Crystal Lake was wanted on a warrant for contempt of court. He was released on a $100 bond with a Feb. 1 court date.
