Battery
On. Jan. 4, a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with battery and released to a parent with a court date to be set.

Drug Charges
A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis on Jan. 10 and released to a parent with a court date to be set.

Driving Offenses
Juan Carlos Cleto-Desiderio, 24, of 162 W. Woodstock St. #F, Crystal Lake was charged, on Jan. 11, with operating a vehicle with no valid license, operating an uninsured vehicle and tinted registration cover. He was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date of Feb. 1.
Edward B. Soto, 40, 33307 Eastwood Road, Grayslake, was charged with driving while license suspended, failure to signal turn, unlawful use of license, overweight on registration and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 15. He was released on a $300 bond with a Feb. 15 court date.
Violation of Probation
On Jan. 15, a 16-year-old juvenile wanted on a warrant for violation of probation was turned over to the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set.
