The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination. 

DRIVING OFFENSES 

Katrina J. Stoecklein, 26, 908 Duncan Ave., Elgin, was charged with driving while license suspended and failure to wear a seatbelt on Aug. 24. She was released on $150 bond and a Sept. 27 court date.

Stephanie E. Potje, 42, 339 S. Madison St., Woodstock, was charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, suspended registration and failure to notice the Secretary of State of an address change on Aug. 26. She was released on $150 bond and an Oct. 11 court date. 

Maria Otilia Perez-Suarez, 32, 3709 Anne St., McHenry, was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to yield while exiting a private drive on Aug. 26. She was released on $150 bond and an Oct. 11 court date.

ASSAULT 

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with aggravated assault on Aug. 25 and released to a parent with a court date to be set. 

BATTERY 

Kaharine A. Rylko, 35, 723 Campbell Ct., West Dundee, was charged with domestic battery on Aug. 28. She was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

OTHER OFFENSES 

Bradley Daniel Boro, 26, 537 Parkside Terr., , was arrested on warrants out of McHenry County Sheriff’s Office for obstructing a peace officer and failure to signal on Aug. 25. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s Office with a court date to be set. 

Frank S. Rennhak, 48, 1133 Boxwood Ct., Crystal Lake, was charged with unlawful interference with the reporting of domestic violence on Aug. 25. He was turned over to McHenry County Sheriff’s office with a court date to be set.
