CL Police Arrests: Woman Charged with Retail Theft, Man Arrested for Trespassing
Crystal Lake Police release arrest reports through Sept. 9, 2013.

Retail Theft
Lisette Morales, 30, of the 3500 block of Medill St., Chicago, was arrested Sept. 3, and charged with retail theft under $150. She was transferred to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 1.Marijuana Possession
Thomas J. Schomer, 19, of the 1300 block of Majestic Dr., Lakemoor, was arrested Sept. 4, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 15.
Expired Drivers License
Violeta M. Spokas, 54, of the 3400 block of East Crystal Lake Ave., was arrested Sept. 5, and charged with driving with a license expired more than one year. Bond was set at $1,500. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 8.

Criminal Trespassing
Thomas L. Haas, 60, of the 0 to 20 block of Caroline Street, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 8, and charged with criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 8.
DUI
Carlos Velez, 39, of the 100 block of Hamilton, Elgin, was arrested Sept. 8, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. He posted $150 and his drivers license for bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 17.

Driving While Licensed Suspended
Francisco Maldano, 23, of the 800 block of Southgate St., McHenry, was arrested Sept. 9, and charged with driving while license suspended. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock.
Sean R. Craig, 21, of the 200 block of Willow Brooke Dr., Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 8, and charged with driving while license suspended. Bond was set at $150. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22.
Michael Ortega, 22, of the 4900 block of Drive-in Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 7, and charged with driving while license suspended. Bond was set at $150. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 1.
Nicholas J. Redmond, 18, no address given, was arrested Sept. 2, and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while license suspended. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 24.
