CL Police Arrests for Underage Drinking, Disorderly Conduct, Leaving Accident Scene
Crystal Lake Police release arrest reports through March 7, 2013.

Underage Drinking
Jessica A. Destefano-Honer, 20, 532 Nunda Tr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 24, and charged with consumption of liquor by a minor, improper turn at an intersection, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was released on a notice to appear in court on March 14.
William J. Roy, 20, 5227 Betsy, McHenry, was arrested March 2, and charged with illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. Roy posted $120 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court March 26.

Warrant
Jacob A. Bland, 24, homeless in Crystal Lake, was arrested March 1, on an in-state warrant. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock where he was awaiting bond and a court date.
Heather L. Moore, 32, 210 Elmhurst St. 307, Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 25, on a McHenry County warrant for attempted unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance. Moore posted bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court April 2.

Disorderly Conduct
Sean Donohue, 36, 697 Acadia Circle, was arrested March 2, and charged with disorderly conduct. Donohue posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court March 19.
Leaving Accident Scene
Sandeep Muttreja, 32, 185 Berkshire Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested March 3, and charged with leaving the scene of an accident scene involving vehicle damage, and driving on a revoked drivers license. Muttreja was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where his bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court April 9.
Resisting Police
Brian S. Halvorsen, 19, 1801 Queensport Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 21, and charged with resisting a peace officer. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail, where his bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court March 19.
