Crystal Lake Police Arrests for Marijuana Possession, DUI

Crystal Lake Police release arrest reports through March 18, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Nicholas J. Delorenzo, 21, 5321 Shore Dr., McHenry, was arrested March 16, and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating compounds,  and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court May 14.

Possession of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia

Brian C. Voiss, 24, 85 E. Terra Cotta Ave. 2F, Crystal Lake, was arrested March 19, and charged with possession of 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on an in-state warrant. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail, where his bail was set at $2,500, 10 percent applies. His court date was set for April 2.

Colton G. Steiner, 19, 9220 North Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested March 19, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Steiner was transported to the McHenry County Jail, where he was awaiting bond and a court date.

Teresa K. Bearer, 44, 530 Second Ave., Marengo, was arrested March 21 and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the McHenry County Jail, where bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. She is scheduled to appear in court April 16.

Anthony J. Billuni, 22, 1522 Washington, Lake in the Hills, was arrested March 26, and charged with possession of 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted bond and was released.
