Crystal Lake Police Arrests for Marijuana Possession, Drug Paraphernalia

Crystal Lake Police release arrest reports through Aug. 25, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Marijuana Possession

Kristopher K. Hanson, 41, of the 800 block Nottingham Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 6, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. He was confined at the McHenry County Sheriff's Office Jail. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 9.


Adam S. Kijak, 20, of the 400 block of Golf Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 7, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail for confinement. 

Michael A. Reimann, 20, of the 4200 block of Wildwood Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 13, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17. 

Allen D. Derby, 32, of the 400 block of Buckingham Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 13, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 10.

Jacob M. Nolan, 19, of the 1800 block of Kennsingston, Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 16, and charged with possession of 10 to 30 grams cannabis, manufacturing/ delivery of 30- 500 grams cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where was awaiting bond and a court date. 

Bretta M. Duvall, 43, 3700 block of 149th St., Toledo, Ohio, was arrested Aug. 20, and charged with possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. Duvall is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17. 

Daniel S. Hildebrand, 18, of Surrey Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 22, and charged with possession of between 10 to 30 grams of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 1. 

Brennan D. O'Malley, 25, of the 1200 block of Boxwood Ln., was arrested Aug. 22, and charged with between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17.

17-year-old Juvenile was arrested July 9, and charged with possession of 10 to 30 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

17-year-old Juvenile was arrested July 10, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, and possession of cannabis. 

16-year-old Juvenile was arrested Aug. 7, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia


Thomas P. Schooley, 20, of the 200 block of N. Main St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 7, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He posted $150 cash bond, and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 3. 

Tyler J. Zelikman, 20, last know address of the 100 block of Meadow Lane, Oakwood Hills, was arrested Aug. 9, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail.

Kevin A. Collins, 19, of the 400 block of Everett Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was released on Aug. 5, and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17. 

James E. Zavorski, 20, of the 300 block of Van Buren St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 13, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail, where his bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17.
