Crystal Lake Police: Arrests for DUI, Stolen Car, Uncased Gun in Car

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Derek W. Bridges, 21, of the 3400 block of Green Pastures Road, Carpentersville, was arrested Nov. 28, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content over .08. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 16. 

Fernando Ruiz-Perez, 28, of Pauline Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 28, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving on a suspended drivers license. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17. 

Cameron T. Clark, 31, of the 1200 block of Green St., McHenry, was arrested Nov. 28, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and DUI with blood alcohol content over .08. He is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 9. 

Randy S. Pardikes, 56, of the 1600 block of Skyridge Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 30 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use, and failure to notify the state of an address change. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. 

Warrant

Johnathan M. Cerritos, 19, of the 7500 block of Hemlock St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 26, on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff's Office for battery. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 16.

Jason A. Politick, 37, of the 4800 block of William Parkway, McHenry, was arrested Nov. 26, on a warrant from McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 18. 

Stolen Car

Austin J. Baker, 20, of the 600 block of Pearl St., Galesburg, Ill., was arrested Nov. 23, and charged with "receiving/ possessing/ selling" a stolen vehicle and obstructing identification. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock to await a bond hearing. 

Uncased Gun in Car

Richard J. Koros, 60, of the 8400 block of Merchant Ct., Lakewood, was arrested Nov. 9, and charged with having an uncased gun in a motor vehicle. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3.
