Crystal Lake Police Arrests for DUI, Marijuana Possession, Battery

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Marijuana Possession

Bryan B. Botts, 22, 995 Plum Tree Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested March 2, and charged with possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis. Botts posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court April 16.

Eric C. Rodgers, 24, 5001 State St., Crystal Lake, was arrested March 4, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500 - 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court April 16.

Mark J. Priester, 35, 48 W. Franke, Cary, was arrested March 2, and charged with possession of between 10 to 30 grams cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a suspended drivers license. Priester posted bail and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court April 2.

DUI

Lucas B. Pecoraro, 19, 743 Sussex Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested March 1, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on a notice to appear in court on April 9.

Nathan J. Smith, 27, 714 Regency Park Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 26, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed. Smith posted $300 for bail and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court March 25.

Bradley G. Linnane, 31, 1115 Violet Ave., McHenry, was arrested Feb. 27, and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a notice to appear in court April 2.

Donna J. Piscopo, 51, 458 Potomac Ln., Elk Grove Village, was arrested Feb. 28, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, improper lane use and illegal transportation of liquor by a driver. She posted $100 and her drivers license for bail and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court March 19.

Ryan J. Budyak, 34, 220 Gladys Ave., Fox River Grove, was arrested March 4, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, drivers license expired more than six months, registration expiration, and improper lane use. He posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court April 16.

Domestic Battery

Sergio D. Padro, 18, 295 Union St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 27, and charged with domestic battery. Padro was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where his bond was set at $1,500. He is scheduled to appear in court May 9.
