Crystal Lake Police Arrests for DUI and Individuals Wanted on Warrant

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

DUI

Rene N. Sanchez, 27, of the 7900 block of Ridgefield Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 14, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood alcohol content over .08, and driving without ever been issued a drivers license. Sanchez was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, and scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17.

Brian T. Miller, 40, of the 1700 Somerfield Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 16, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, speeding, improper turn at intersection and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was set at $3,000. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17.

Jason J. Conklin, 29, of the 1600 block of E. Central Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 17, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08. Bond was set at $3,000. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17. 

Andres Valdivia, 25, of the 100 block of McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 24, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08. Valdivia was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 1. 

Elmer R. Aguilar Molina, 26, of the 7500 block of Hemlock St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 24, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08. Bond was set at $3,000. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 24. 

David A. Daugherty, 57, of the 1100 block of N. State St., Marengo, was arrested Aug. 25, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08 and driving on a revoked license. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17. 

Alexander R. King, 22, of the 3700 block of Geneva Place, McHenry, was arrested Aug. 31, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 15. 

Ramon Gonzalez-Molina, 38, of the 900 block of Aberdeen Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 31, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 17. 

Jose Luis Montero-Pedraza, 31, of the 300 block of McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 12, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing identification and failure to give information/ render aid. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17. 

James E. Uvodich, 19, of the 1500 block of Shelton Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 13, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to reduce speed. Bond was set at $3,000. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22. 

Trenton E. Sheets, 21, of the 400 block of Reserve Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 14, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 3. 

Mary Anne O'Brien, 50, of the 400 block of Lake Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 13, and charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and changing lanes when prohibited. O'Brien is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 17. 

Wanted on Warrant

Daniel J. Griffin, 33, of the 400 block of Wedgewood Circle, Lake in the Hills, was arrested Aug. 19, on a warrant out of McHenry County for public indecency. He posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept 10. 

Griffin was arrested again on Aug. 21, on warrant from McHenry County Sheriff's Office for public indecency.

Julian L. Jones, 23, of the 1500 block of Stockton Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 15, on an warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear in court. Jones was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. 

Allen D. Derby, 32, of the 400 block of Buckingham Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 23, on a in-state warrant. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 24. 

Jason C. Lewis, 21, of the 100 block of Adobe Circle, Carpentersville, was arrested Sept. 8, on an Illinois state warrant for parole violation. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail. 

Deanne J. Desparte, 49, of the 600 block of Regent Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 10, on a warrant out of McHenry County Sheriff's Office for retail theft. Bond was set at $1,000. 

Robert L. Schultz, 31, of the 8700 block of Hillcrest Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested  Sept. 12, on a warrant from McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court to face operating an uninsured motor vehicle charge. Bond was set at $5,000, 10 percent applies. 

Michael G. Ferraro, 45, of the 28000 Rustic Ln., Cary was arrested Sept. 13, on a warrant from McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear in court to face drug paraphernalia charges. Bond was set at $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 24.
