Crystal Lake Police Arrests for Driving on Suspended and Revoked Licenses, Disorderly Conduct, Battery

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

Child Endangerment

Mary T. Pollasky, 60, of the 5700 block of Farmbrook Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 30, and charged with endangering the life/ health of  child. Bond was set at $150, and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19.

Criminal Trespassing

Jeffrey T. Struck, 20, homeless, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 23, and charged with criminal trespass to land and possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office Jail in Woodstock. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was awaiting a court date. 

Battery

Nicholas D. Gitzinger, 24, of the 500 block of Cress Creek Terrace, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 26, and charged with battery/ causing bodily harm. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 26. 

Domestic Battery

Michelle A. Rhody, 30, of the 300 block of Hickory Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 24, and charged with domestic battery. She was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where she was awaiting bond. 

Disorderly Conduct

Peter M. Miskinis, 51, homeless, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 29, and charged with disorderly conduct. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. Bond was set at $120. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19.

Driving- Never Issued DL

Mae A. Parsons, 54, of the 400 block of E Street, Wilkesboro, N.C., was arrested Oct. 30, and charged with driving/ not having a drivers license or permit. She was given a notice to appear in court Nov. 26. 

Nelson N. Tigre, 24, of the 1500 block of Woods Drive, Arlington Heights, was arrested Oct. 23, and charged with not having a drivers license/ never issued a drivers license. He posted $150 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14. 

Driving with Suspended License 

Paulino Gamez, 52, of the 600 block of Virginia Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 30, and charged with driving while license suspended. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19. 

Nicholas L. Erickson, 21, of the 700 block of Cranston Rd., Beloit, Wis., was arrested Oct. 18, and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license. He was released on bond. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. 

Michael W. Williamson, 51, of the 400 block of First St., Cary, was arrested Oct. 19, and charged with driving while license suspended. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. 

Omar Gonzalez-Martinez, 30, of the 100 block of Woodstock St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 22, and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19. 

Driving on Revoked License

Jessica Carrasco, 19, of the 80 block of Harvest Gate, Lake in the Hills, was arrested Oct. 17, and charged with driving on revoked license. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. She was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 12. 

Jennifer Guzman, 27, of the 900 block of Golf Course Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 18, and charged with driving while license revoked. She was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 12. 

Michael E. Sindowski, 43, of the 3500 block of Fairview Lane, Johnsburg, was arrested Oct. 20, and charged with driving while license revoked. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19.

Brian J. Pilkington, 31, of Green Oaks Drive, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 14, and charged with driving on a revoked license and failure to reduce speed. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 10. 

Driving on Expired License

Luis A. Montes, 43, of the 200 block of Uteg St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 17, and charged with having a drivers license that was expired for more than one year. Bond was set at $150. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. 

Sergio Arroyo-Dominguez, 37, of the 600 block of Crystal Lake Avenue, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 22, and charged with having a drivers license that was expired for more than six months. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 15. 

Wanted on Warrant

Megan N. Pinn, 18, of the 1000 block of Wedgewood Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 26, on a warrant out of McHenry County for residential burglary. Bond was set at $40,000. She was awaiting a court date.

Ashley N. Keys, 19, of the 200 block of Heather Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 16, on a warrant from McHenry County for theft. She was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 8. 

Garrett B. Landwehr, 23, of the 50 block of Briarwood Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 15, in a warrant out of McHenry County for unlawful possession of a credit card. Bond was set at $20,000, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 1. 

Daria M. Berkebile, 41, of the 1200 block of Dublin Ct., Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 22, on a warrant out of McHenry County for violation of an order of protection. 

Daniel T. Dolan, 26, of the 300 block of Florine Ct., Cary, was arrested Sept. 24, on a warrant out of Will County for aggravated battery. Bond was set at $1,500.
