Crystal Lake Police Arrests: Disorderly Conduct, Driving While License Suspended

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Disorderly Conduct

Robert L. Huebner, 47, 213 Rainmaker Run #2, Lake in the Hills, was arrested Jan. 9, and charged with disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 22.

Driving on a Suspended License

Francisco Herrera, 24, 461 Buckingham Ln. 10, was arrested Jan. 4, and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license and headlights violation. He posted 10 percent of $1,500 and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19.

Theodore N. Biever, 64, 351 Council Trail, Lake in the Hills, was arrested Jan. 5, and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license. Biever posted $150 and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 12.

John C. Leffler, 50, 200 Dole Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 6, and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license. He posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 5.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Alex V. Barbour, 18, 3813 Spy Glass Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 9, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Barbour posted $150 bond and was released. Barbour is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 28.

Possession of Pot

Olatunji J. Oni, 25, 3126 Lockwood Blvd. A, Lake Geneva, Wis., was arrested Jan. 9, and charged with driving on a suspended divers license and possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and improper stop or turn signal. Oni was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where Oni posted bond and was released.

Driving- Never Issued a License

Angel Lagunes-Domingo, 32, 703 Mill St., McHenry, was arrested Jan. 12, and charged with one count of not having a drivers license- never having been issued a drivers license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to reduce speed, and improper traffic lane use. Domingo posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. Domingo is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 26.

Alfredo Dominguez-Ortega, 32, 144 W. Woodstock St. C, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 14, and charged with driving without ever having been issued a drivers license. Ortega posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. Ortega is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 12.
