Crystal Lake Police Arrest Several People for Retail Theft, Theft

Retail Theft

Daniel C. Pinkowski, 21, 1608 Spruce St., Spring Grove, was arrested March 28, and charged with retail theft under $300. Police said Pinkowski stole a bottle of liquor from Dominick's Finer Foods, 5340 Route 14. Pinkowski was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. His bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was scheduled to appear in court April 16.

Borica Porres, 37, 420 Ann St., Marengo, was arrested April 1, and charged with retail theft under $300. Police said Porres stole earrings and a knit cap from Kohls, 5420 Route 14. She was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. Her bond was set at $1,500. She is scheduled to appear in court May 14.

Frank R. Wilke, 48, 3102 Harvest Ct., Island Lake, was arrested April 12, and charged with retail theft under $300. Police said Wilke stole two tires from Walmart, 1205 S. Route 31. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court May 21.

Nicole D. Williams, 29, 210 Elmhurst St. 313, Crystal Lake, was arrested March 15, and charged with retail theft under $300. Police said Williams stole toys and cellular phone acessories from the60 W. Route 176. Williams posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court May 7.

Donna J. Stull, 59, 328 Lake St., Crystal Lake, was arrested March 16, and charged with retail theft under $300. Police said Stull stole miscellaneous houseware items from Walmart, 1205 S. Route 31 Stull posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. She was scheduled to appear in court April 16.

Theft

Richard C. Klein, 28, 30 Green Oaks Dr. 1S, Crystal Lake, was arrested April 11, and charged with theft under $500. Police said Klein stole a tool box from Green Oaks Drive. His bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court May 14.
