CL Police Arrest Several People for DUI, Leaving Scene of Accident
Crystal Lake Police release reports through April 10, 2013.

DUI, Leaving Scene of Accident
Diana Bekere, 31, 535 Dover Ct., Roselle, was arrested March 28, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood alcohol content over .08, unlicensed, leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage, failure to give information/ render aid, driver failing to notify of an accident, failure to reduce speed, and improper turn at intersection.
Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. She is scheduled to appear in court May 7.

Jake D. Haiges, 23, 101 Woody Way, Lake in the Hills, was arrested April 6, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage, and failure to reduce speed. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court May 21.
DUI
Bruce E. Czaplicki, 63, 2219 Hunters Ct., Spring Grove, was arrested April 10, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court May 21.

Steven J. Dompier, 43, 204 Marion Parkway, Crystal Lake, was arrested April 11, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use. Dompier posted $100 cash and his drivers license for bond. He is scheduled to appear in court May 21.
Debra L. Harnisch, 47, 1328 Wakeby Ln., Schaumburg, was arrested April 12, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing identification and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Bonds were set at $3,000 and $1,500, 10 percent applies. She is scheduled to appear in court May 7.
Marijuana Possession
Mario Martinez, 18, 1360 Mulberry Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested March 19, and charged with possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. Martinez was scheduled to appear in court April 9.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Karlton Von Lee, 21, 269 Riverview Dr., Carpentersville, was arrested April 2, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, registration expiration, drivers view obstructed, defective windshield, and drivers license not on person. Bond was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court May 21.
