CL Police Arrest Several People for Battery, Theft, and Trespassing

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only found guilty in a court of law.

Battery

Richard K. Piechocki Jr., 19, of the 500 block of Darlington Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 29 and charged with two counts of battery.

Richard K. Piechocki, 41, of the 800 block of Nottingham Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 29, and charged with two counts of battery. 

Michael A. Fashoda, 51, of the 900 block of Sheffield Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 30, and charged with battery/causing bodily harm. He was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 20. 

Theft

Matthew J. Fetherling, 18, of the 800 block of Northampton Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested July 5, and charged with theft from a motor vehicle. 

Marijuana Possession

Kathleen M. Cox, 49, of the 300 block of W. Terra Cotta, Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 1, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 20. 

Retail Theft

Bradley G. Villarreal, 26, of the 1200 block of Prairie View Pkwy., Cary, was arrested Aug. 3, and charged with retail theft. He posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and released. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 17.  

Trespassing

Donald L. Goring, 47, homeless, was arrested Aug. 4, and charged with criminal trespass to land. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 10.
