Crystal Lake Police Arrest Several for DUIs, Outstanding Warrants

Crystal Lake Police release arrest reports through Feb. 17, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUIs

Bradley T. Nolan, 26, 1414 Kaskaskia Ave., Elgin, was arrested Feb. 15, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, speeding, and illegal possession/ transportation of liquor by a driver. Nolan posted bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court March 19.

Matthew M. Collins, 31, 18559 W. Old Plank Rd., Grayslake, was arrested Feb. 16, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane use, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Collins posted 10 percent of a $4,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court March 19.

Toribio Domingo-Dominiquez, 30, 429 Berkshire Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 16, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .08, illegal possession/ transportation of liquor by a driver, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed, and other driving offenses. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court March 12.

Lorraine A. Havert, 23, 312 Blue Spruce Ct., Lake Villa, was arrested Feb. 17, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed. Havert posted 10 percent of a $1,000 bond and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court March 26.

Wanted on Warrant

Sergio D. Padro, 18, 295 Union St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 12, on a warrant for battery. Bond was set at $1,500. Padro is scheduled to appear in court March 12.

Scott J. Ferrentino, 29, 76 Mary Ln., Phoenix, Ariz., was arrested Feb. 13, on a McHenry County Sheriff's warrant for disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,500. He is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 27.
