Crystal Lake Police Arrests for DUI, Battery and Disorderly Conduct

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

James E. Grant, 35, 4915 Tile Line Rd., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 2, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of driving on a revoked drivers license and one count operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Grant posted $300 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court March 12.

David L. Mirenic, 47, 586 Somerset Ln. 4, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 29, and charged with driving under the influence of drugs. He was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19.

Heather R. Szabelski, 23, 622 Lee Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 10, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to reduce speed. Bond was set at $300. She is scheduled to appear in court March 19.

Matthew T. Billuni, 24, 1169 Sawmill Ln., Algonquin, was arrested Feb. 10, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol level of .08. Bond was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. Billuni is scheduled to appear in court March 19.

Scott J. Wilkinson, 25, 4704 Bonner Dr., McHenry, was arrested Feb. 11, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and DUI with a blood-alcohol level of .08. He is scheduled to appear in court March 19.

Driving, Never Issued License

Maria Guadalupe Xelhua, 23, 419 E. Jackson St., Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 10, and charged with driving without ever having been issued a drivers license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Xelhua posted bond and was released. She was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 22.

Hector Capistran-Viveros, 28, 645 Virginia Rd. 21, Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 14, and charged with driving without ever having been issued a drivers license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disregarding a stop sign. Bond was set at $150, and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 22.

Battery

Emigdio Gonzalez-Rodriguez, 24, 1591 Carlemont Dr. unit C, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 14, and charged with battery, damage to a motor vehicle and criminal damage to property under $300. Rodriguez was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Jail, where his bond was set at $300. He was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 5.

Disorderly Conduct

Joel A. Chambers, 25, 301 Windslow Way, Lake in the Hills, was arrested Feb. 3, and charged with criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Chambers was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Jail in Woodstock, where bond was set at $1,500. He is scheduled to appear in court March 19.
