Crystal Lake Police Arrests for Underage Drinking, DUI, Warrants

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Jozef N. Dzierzega, 37, 5819 Neva St., Chicago, was arrested April 22, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted $100 and a drivers license for bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court May 17.

Matthew L. Jones, 34, 2508 Elim Ave., Zion, was arrested April 24, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was transferred to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock, where he posted 10 percent of a $3,000 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court May 21.

Underage Drinking

Joshua R. Davis, 19, 461 Coventry Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested April 24, and charged with possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was transferred to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office, where he posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released.

Wanted on Warrant

Arnie A. Blass, 19, 5620 Trevino Way, Lakewood, was arrested April 12 on a McHenry County Sheriff's Office warrant for theft. Blass posted 10 percent of a $1,500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court April 30.

Dawn E. Devooght, 30, 3502 Dixon Ave., Bristol, Penn., was arrested April 24 on a McHenry County Sheriff's Office warrant for DUI. She was also charged with obstructing identification. She is scheduled to appear in court May 21.
