Crystal Lake Police Arrests for DUI, Non-Licensed Drivers, Suspended Drivers

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Rodolfo Bolanos-Caballero, 32, 287 Ridge Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested March 18, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court April 16.

Bruce E. Czaplicki, 63, 2219 Hunters Ct., Spring Grove, was arrested April 10, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and DUI with a blood alcohol content over .08. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. His bail was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies. He is scheduled to appear in court May 21.

Diana Bekere, 31, 535 Dover Ct., Roselle, was arrested March 28, and charged with:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol
• DUI with blood alcohol level over .08
• Unlicensed
• Leaving the scene of accident involving vehicle damage
• Failure to give information/ render aid
• Driver failure to notify of an accident
• Failure to reduce speed
• Improper turn at intersection

Her bail was set at $3,000, 10 percent applies.

Unlicensed, Suspended Drivers License

Ramon L. Padilla-Calderon, 18, 572 Darlington Ln. #30, Crystal Lake, was arrested March 21, and charged with being unlicensed, failure to reduce speed, and disregarding a traffic control light. He posted $150 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court April 16.

Jill K. Minerly, 45, 569 Somerset Ln. 7, Crystal Lake, was arrested March 25, and charged with driving on suspended drivers license, displaying false insurance card, possessing suspended or revoked drivers license. Minerly posted $150 bail and was released. She is scheduled to appear in court April 23.

Non-Licensed Drivers

Lydia E. Lopez, 42, 428 W. Virginia St., Crystal Lake, was arrested March 12, and charged with driving without ever having been issued a drivers license. She posted $150 bail and was released. She was scheduled to appear in court April 9.

Jose A. Juarez, 29, 4916 State St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 26, and charged with driving without ever having been issued a drivers license, and uninsured motor vehicle. He posted $150 bail and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court March 19.

Pedro E. Paz-Zaragoza, 32, 304 Northwest Hwy. #1, Fox River Grove, was arrested March 4, and charged with driving without ever having been issued a drivers license. He posted A $150 bond and was released. He was scheduled to appear in court March 26.
