CL Police Blotter: DUIs and Outstanding Warrants

DUI

Joshua M. Bibler, 33, 752 Covington Circle, Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 24, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of DUI with a blood-alcohol level of .08. Bibler was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office in Woodstock. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 2.

Dominick T. Horndasch, 23, 30 Oriole Trail, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 1, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of DUI with a blood-alcohol level over .08. Horndasch posted 10 percent of a $3,000 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16.

Fabian Mora, 42, 358 College St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 1, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage. Mora posted $300 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16. 

Christopher A. Salek, 26, 5603 Sequoia Trail, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 2, and charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of improper lane use. Salek posted 10 percent of $3,000, and was released. Salek is scheduled at 8:30 a.m. at Oct. 16.

Robert A. Domin, 34, 822 Kingston Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 2, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol. Domin posted $100 cash and his drivers license for bond, and was released. He is schedule to appear in court Oct. 9.

Paul D. Friel, 23, 128 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 2, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of any amount of drugs, one count possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana. Friel posted 10 percent of a $4,500 and was released. Friel is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16.

Tashia Y. Blalark, 37, 828 Elm St., Algonquin, was arrested Sept. 3, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count failure to notify state of an address change. Blalark posted $100 bond and was released. Blalark was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 18.

Christine E. Krueger, 48, 4404 E. Crystal Lake Ave., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 6, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count DUI with a blood-alcohol level over .08. Krueger posted $100 and drivers license for bond, and was released. Krueger is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16. 

Outstanding Warrant

Santiago A. Miranda, 21, 813 Joanne Lane, Harvard, was arrested Aug. 28, on an outstanding warrant for criminal damage to property. Miranda posted $150 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 2. 

Mario A. Duran-Perez, 24, 378 Pierson St.- A, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 1, and charged with one count each of driving on a revoked drivers license, speeding and improper passing in a no-pass zone.

Perez was also wanted on oustanding arrest warrants from the Illinois State Police and McHenry County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence of alcohol, no valid drivers license and obstructing a peace officer. Perez was transported to McHenry County Sheriff's Office, posted $150 and was released. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 9.
