CL Police Arrest Individuals Wanted on Warrant; Others Charged with Battery, Reckless Conduct

Note: The following information was obtained from Crystal Lake Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

DUI

Scott E. Stetz, 34, of the 1200 block of Valleyview Rd., Chaska, Minn., was arrested Nov. 15, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 19. 

Reckless Conduct

Brent J. Wyse, 39, of the 20 block of Maple St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 2, and charged with reckless conduct. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. 

Multiple Charges

Joseph S. Silberbauer, 21, of the 500 block of Somerset Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 5, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic needles, and resisting/ obstructing a peace officer/ correctional employee. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail. 

Marijuana Possession

Daniel S. Hildebrand, 19, of Surrey Lane, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 21, and charged with possession of between 30 to 500 grams marijuana. He was awaiting a court date. 

Domestic Battery

Stefanie A. Tracy, 33, of the 60 block of Burning Bush Trail, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 23, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm. She was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock to await a bond hearing. 

John T. Gorham, 29, of the 300 block of First Court, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 5, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock where he was awaiting a bond hearing and a court date. 

Darryl McCottrell, 34, of the 800 block of Eletson Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 5, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. 

Raymond J. Slivka, 40, of the 800 block of Boxwood Drive, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 8, and charged with domestic battery/ physical contact and battery/ making physical contact. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail in Woodstock to await a bond hearing. 

Wanted on Warrant

Christopher J. Fanella, 19, of the 1700 block of Copperfield Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 21, on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17.

Rickie A. Miller, 27, of the 80 block of Gates St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 18, on a warrant from McHenry County Sheriff's Office for possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 15.

Sean M. Patterson, 26, no address given, was arrested Nov. 1, on a warrant from DuPage County for failure to appear in court. He was also charged with driving on a suspended drivers license.  Bond for the DuPage warrant was set at $3,000, and bond for the DWLS charge was set at $1,500, 10 percent applies. He was transported to the McHenry County Jail. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 10. 

Matthew H. Bargholz, 32, of the 600 block of Green Oaks Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 24, on a warrant out of Crystal Lake for failure to appear on charges of resisting/ obstructing a peace officer. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. 

Eric G. Schomaker, 50, of the 1400 block of Trailwood Ct., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 8 on a warrant from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office for failure to notify damage to an unattended vehicle. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 26. 

Robert G. Kloss, 33, of the 700 N. Sandra Lane, Cary, was arrested Nov. 8, on a warrant out of Kendall County for violation of a court order. He was transported to the McHenry County Sheriff's Office where he was awaiting a bond hearing and a court date. 

Never Issued a Drivers License

Julio Cortes Cervantes, 25, of the 7200 block of Cowlin St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 4, and charged with driving while never having been issued a drivers license. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19. 

Juventino Hernandez-Ramirez, 24, of the 6700 block of Pheasant Dr., Cary, was arrested Nov. 8, and charged with driving without having been issued a drivers license. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 10. 

Alberto Trujillo, 23, of the 100 block of West Woodstock Street, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 15, and charged with driving while never having been issued a drivers license. 

Expired Drivers License

Gustavo Martinez-Ramirez, 37, of the 100 block of Wallace, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 2, and charged with having a drivers license that was expired for more than six months. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17. 

Jose Granados-Ortega, 29, of the 4100 block of Lillian St., McHenry, was arrested Nov. 5, and charged with having a drivers license that was expired for more than six months. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17. 

Driving on Suspended Drivers License

Antonino Vasquez, 25, of the 600 block of Washington St., Woodstock, was arrested Nov. 16, and charged with driving while license suspended. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 24.

Jessica M. Setser, 26, no address given, was arrested Nov. 20, and charged with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 24. 

Paul Smaida, 24, of the 3200 block of Swallow Lane, Rolling Meadows, was arrested Nov. 2, and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. 

Kimberly S. Pauley, 56, of the 3600 W. Timothy Rd., McHenry, was arrested Nov. 6, and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license and displaying a false insurance card. She is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17.

Isamar Argomaniz, 23, of the 200 block of Dartmoor Drive, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 10, and charged with driving while license suspended. He will appear in court Dec. 17. 

Nichole A. Stewart, 19, of the 300 block of Page Street, Marengo, was arrested Nov. 11, and charged with driving while license suspended. She was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 10. 

Tristan J. Peterson, 31, of the 100 block of Spring St., Cary, was arrested Nov. 15, and charged with driving while license suspended. He was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3.
