Cary Police Arrest Reports: Marijuana Possession, Driving Offenses

Note: The following information was obtained from Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

Driving Related Charges

Erick C. Yauch, 23, 10 Kildare Ct., Cary, was arrested May 6, and charged with failure to decrease speed, driver failure to notify someone of an accident, failure to notify damage to an unattended vehicle and improper lane use. 

Brandon D. Chavez, 22, 101 E. Sunset 1E3, Cary, was arrested May 20, and charged with disobeying a traffic control device, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Jessica S. Keller, 26, 742 Grandview Ln., Crystal Lake, was arrested May 23, and charged with unlawful use of a license, permit/ unauthorized person to drive, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper head/tail/ sidelights.

Marijuana Possession

Brendan J. Medsker, 23, 1225 Winaki Trail, Algonquin, was arrested May 29, and charged with possession of between 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis, allowing unlawful use of a license, and driving while license suspended.
