Cary Police Blotter: DUIs, Underage Drinking, Violating Orders of Protection

Note: The following information was gathered from Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Wilfrido A. Dimas, 34, 232 Crystal St. Apt. 2F, Cary, was arrested Sept. 1, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count improper lane use, and one count no seat belts.

Catherine M. Lock, 33, 1026 N. Harrison St., Algonquin, was arrested Sept. 5, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, and one count unlawful stopping/standing/parking.

Richard A. Plummer, 49, 725 Royal Glen Dr., Cary, was arrested Sept. 8, and cahrged with driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of improper traffic lane use, and one count no valid registration.

Unlawful Use of License

Reginald B. Mobley, 31, 108 Valley Dr., Oakwood Hills, was arrested Sept. 5, and charged with one count unlawful use of a license and one count of improper lane use. 

Possession of Marijuana, Underage Drinking

Kyle Baumgurt, 18, 736 Royal Glen Ct., Cary, was arrested Sept. 3, and charged with one count of possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, one count possession of drug paraphernalia, one count unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, one count unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor, one count operating an uninsured motor vehicle, one count improper turn or stop, and one count improper traffic lane use.

Violating Order of Protection

David M. Fishman, 43, 40 Silver Tree Circle, Cary, was arrested Sept. 13, and charged with two counts of violating an order of protection.
