Cary Police Arrest Several Individuals for Battery, Harassment

Note: The following information was obtained from Cary Police arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute a conviction. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Battery

Timothy Scott, 26, 167 S. Channing St., Elgin, was arrested Feb. 5, and charged with battery.

Guillermo Medina, 17, 810 Big Bear Tr., Cary, was arrested Feb. 15, and charged with one count aggravated battery, one count unlawful to knowingly possess a controlled or counterfeit, and one count resisting/ obstructing a peace officer.

Zachary A. Flondor, 22, 70 S. Prairie St., Cary, was arrested March 6 and charged with two counts domestic battery.

Telephone Harrassment

Peter C. Lipa, 27, 7401 Seminole, Wonder Lake, was arrested Feb. 20, and charged with harrassment by telephone.
