Cary Police Blotter: Car Break-Ins on Parkstone Drive

Burglary from Cars

*Police report sometime before 6:55 a.m. June 21, an unknown offender entered a rental car parked in the 300 block of Parkstone Drive, and stole a purse. A check and a union card were missing. The purse was later recovered.

*A purse was stolen sometime before 7 a.m. June 21, from a car parked in a garage at a house in the 300 block of Parkstone Drive, Cary. Police said the vehicle had been left unlocked.

*Several items were stolen from a car parked in a driveway sometime before 8 a.m. June 21, in the 200 block of Foxford Drive, Cary. It is unknown if the car had been locked. Estimated of the loss was not availalble.

*Several items valued at $160 were stolen sometime before 11:30 a.m. June 21, from an unlocked parked car in the 300 block of Parkstone Drive, Cary.

*Several belongings valued at $220 were stolen sometime before 12:49 p.m. June 21, from a car parked in the driveway in the 1200 block of Galway Drive, Cary. It is not certain if the car had been locked, police said.
