Cary Police Blotter: Domestic Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Trespassing

Cary Police Department release reports for Sept. 1 to 29, 2012.

Domestic Battery

Nathaniel A. Spiers, 18, 355 Galway, Cary, was arrested Sept. 2, and charged with two counts domestic battery/ bodily harm and one count domestic battery/physical contact. Police said the charges stemmed from a domestic dispute between Spiers and his father at the family's residence. Only the son, Nathaniel, was charged. 

Michael R. Chiko, 57, 275 Hillhurst, Cary, was arrested Sept. 25, and charged with two counts of domestic battery/ bodily harm with a prior, one count of domestic battery/ bodily harm, and one count domestic battery/ physical contact. Cary police said the charges stem from a domestic dispute between Chiko and his daughter at the family's home. Only the father was charged.

Joshua D. Meverden, 25, 104 Hickory Ln., Cary, was arrested Sept. 28, and charged with two counts domestic battery/ bodily harm and one count domestic battery/ physical contact. Police said there was a domestic dispute between Meverden and his live-in girlfriend. Only Meverden was charged. 

 

Disorderly Conduct

Elke Stourac, 65, 865 Cimarron, Cary, was arrested Sept. 9, and charged with disorderly conduct.

Jeffrey A. Reis, 44, 349 Park Ave., Cary, was arrested Sept. 29, and charged with one count of disorderly conduct.

 

Trespassing

Jamarr D. Towers, 29, 20 New Haven Dr., Cary, was arrested Sept. 18, and charged with one count of criminal trespass to a residence.

Warrant

Brian P. Dvorak, 57, 136 W. Franke, Cary, was arrested in September on an in-state warrant.
