Cary Police Blotter: Domestic Battery, DUIs, Drug Possession

Domestic Battery

Jacob A. Rosenbach, 26, 473 Marquette, Cary, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. June 30, and charged with one count of domestic battery, one count of driving while license suspended, one count of assault, one count of unlawful interference of a domestic battery report.

Johnathan S. Wood, 23, 148 New Haven Dr., Cary was arrested at 12:20 p.m. July 13 and charged with one count of domestic battery and one count of criminal damage to property.

Outstanding Warrant

Deonte Jones, 18, 100 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. July 5, on an in-state warrant. Jones was stopped at Three Oaks and Feinburg Court. Jones was charged with one count of obstructing service of process.

Kashae Shavar, 23, 4508 Greenwood Ct., Algonquin, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. July 5, on an in-state warrant for speeding and driving while license suspsended.

Jamie L. Spencer, 31, 342 Crystal St., Cary was arrested at 11:06 p.m. July 12 on an in-state warrant.

Keith A. Ramsey, 32, 23865 N. River Rd., Cary, was arrested at 11 p.m. July 13, on an in-state warrarnt.

DUI, Possession of Marijuana

Korey R. Arnold, 20, 4505 Ponca St., McHenry, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. July 6, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of less than 30 grams marijuana, possession of drug equipment, possession by a minor, and having now rear registration plate light. Arnold was stopped at Patriot Lane and Liberty.

James J. Seidel, 19, 203 Grove Ln., Fox River Grove; Ethan G. Gomez, 18, 120 N. School St., Cary; and Daniel J. Richmeier, 19, 211 Bell Dr., Cary, were arrested at 4:12 a.m. July 11 and charged with possession of 30 grams or less of marijuana. The three teens were stopped at 111 N. First St., Cary.

Eric J. Krueger, 22, 447 Dunleer Dr., Cary, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. July 14, and charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, one count of failure to signal, one count of illegal transportation of alcohol.
