Cary Police Blotter: Underage Drinking, Violating Orders of Protection

Underage Drinking

Daniel J. Richmeier, 18, 211 Bell Dr., Cary, was arrested June 21 and charged with one count of consumption of alcohol by a minor. 

Domestic Battery

Stacey Kuro, 36, 913 Montana Dr., Cary, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. June 23, on an in-state warrant for one count of domestic battery.

Todd L. Nelson, 52, 100 E. Sunset Dr., Cary, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. June 26, and charged with one count of domestic battery.

Making Disturbing Noises

Sean J. McHugh, 40, 7 Montclair Ct., Cary, was arrested 11 p.m. June 23 and cited for making disturbing noises.

Violation of Orders of Protection

Thomas K. Vaughn, 46, 1216 Ardmore Dr., Cary, was arrested at 9:27 a.m. June 29, and charged with one count of violation orders of protection.

Thomas K. Vaughn, 46, 1216 Ardmore Dr., Cary, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. July 5, and charged with one count of violation of orders of protection.
