Cary Police Arrest Several People for DUI

Cary Police Department releases reports through April 26, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from the Cary Police Department. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Austin A. Denten, 22, 27583 W. Henry Ln., Barrington, was arrested April 6 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no drivers license, disregarding a stop sign, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and having alcoholic liquor in motor vehicle.

Carl R. Bernahl, 27, 918 Montana Dr., Cary, was arrested April 13, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper turn signal, improper lane use, and transportation or carrying alcoholic liquor by a driver.

Michael P. Schoepke, 62, 123 Adare Dr., Cary, was arrested April 13, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, and improper traffic lane use.

Jonathan R. Hunt, 18, 320 Sterling Circle, Cary, was arrested April 14, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving too fast for conditions and DUI with BAC over .08.

Scott J. Youngberg, 20, 340 Wooded Knoll Dr., Cary, was arrested April 20, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor, and failure to reduce speed.

Karen J. L'Heureux, 54, 1402 Otter Tr., Cary, was arrested April 12 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, improper traffic lane use and unlawful stopping and standing.
