Cary Police Arrests for Battery, Domestic Battery, Assault and DUI
Cary Police release arrest reports through Oct. 1, 2013.

Domestic Battery
Thomas K. Vaqughn, 48, of the 1200 block of Ardmore, Cary, was arrested Sept. 28, and charged with domestic battery/ other prior, domestic battery/ physical contact, and interfering with a domestic violence report.Brooke A. Moreano, 27, of the 0 to 100 block of Oak Valley Dr., Cary, was arrested Aug. 26, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm, and domestic battery/ physical contact.
Battery
Harold A. Schiessinger, 70, of the 500 block of Cary Woods Circle, Cary was arrested Sept. 6, and charged with battery.A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested Aug. 27, and charged with battery/ causing bodily harm, and violation of curfew. The juvenile was released into the custody of a parent.
Assault
Kevin S. Jans, 42, of the 500 block of W. Danbury Dr., Cary, was arrested Sept. 19, and charged with assault, and criminal damage to property under $300.DUI, Hit & Run
Michelle E. Zanetti, 51, no address listed, was arrested Aug. 23, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over .08, improper traffic lane use, failure to reduce speed, failure to notify damage to an unattended vehicle, driver failure to notify of an accident, and super minor driver/ under the influence.Get more local news delivered straight to your inbox.
