Cary Police Arrests for Battery, Disorderly Conduct; Several Juvenile Arrests

Cary Police release arrest reports through Nov. 11, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Marijuana Possession

Edgar Frausto, 21, of the 100 block of Skyline Dr., Carpentersville, was arrested Nov. 2, and charged with possession of between 10 to 30 grams cannabis. 

Mariusz P. Pawlik, 18, of the 6500 block of George St., Chicago, was arrested Nov. 3, and charged with possession of between 10 to 30 grams cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. 

Disorderly Conduct

Suzanne J. Hopkins, 48, of the 100 block of Pearl St., Cary, was arrested Oct. 15, and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting/ obstructing a peace officer. 


Domestic Battery

Jeremy D. Shreffer, 27, of the 1900 block of of Washington, Lockport, was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm and domestic battery/ physical contact.

Kenneth M. Berens, 28, of the 800 block of Candlewood, Cary, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm. 

Stacy N. Schultz, 20, of the 400 block of S. Barron St., Bensenville, was arrested Nov. 2, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm, domestic battery/ physical contact, and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. 

Trespassing

Angelo A. Vazquez, 18, of the 80 block of Prairie St., Cary, was arrested Oct. 26, and charged with two counts criminal trespass to residence and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. 

Driving While License Suspended

Eric P. Gustafson, 20, of the 7600 block of S. Meadow, Cary, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with driving while license suspended. 

Thomas J. Schlaiss, 39, of the 28000 block of Old Hideaway Road, Cary, was arrested Oct. 22, and charged with driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia, alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle, violation of liability insurance and expiration of registration. 

Juan M. Rodriguez-Gasper, 32, of the 500 block of Cary Woods Circle, Cary, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with driving while license suspended. 

Larry S. Eissler, 26, of the 400 block of First St., Cary, was arrested Nov. 8, and charged with driving while license suspended. 

Driving While License Revoked

Christopher D. Tapp, 27, of the 0 to 50 block of Crystal St., Cary, was arrested Oct. 9, and charged with driving while license revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. 

Unlicensed

Patricia Macias, 34, of the 200 block of Second St., Cary, was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with "unlicensed" and disobeying a police officer order. 

Wanted on Warrant

Joseph D. Whitehair, 22, of the 200 block of Foxford Dr., Cary, was arrested Oct. 7, on an in-state warrant.

Bradley J. Sanders, 18, of the 200 block of School St., Cary, was arrested Nov. 6, on an in-state warrant. 


Juvenile Arrests

A 17-year-old Cary young man was arrested Oct. 6, and charged with battery/ causing bodily harm. He was released to a parent. 

A 17-year-old Cary young man was arrested Oct. 7, and charged with assault and disorderly conduct. 

A 17-year-old man from Aurora, Ohio, was arrested Oct. 19, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm and domestic battery/ physical contact. 

A 16-year-old Cary girl was arrested Oct. 28, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. 

A 17-year-old Cary young man was arrested Oct. 26, and charged with battery/ making physical contact, two counts of resisting/ obstructing a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, and possession of tobacco products by a minor.
