Cary Police Arrest Several People for DUI

Note: The following information was obtained from the Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Ana E. Zepeda, 32, 1360 Cunat Ct. 2D, Lake in the Hills, was arrested March 1, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to signal and improper lane use.

Jerry P. Cielak, 37, 2118 Sherborn Ln., Schaumburg, was arrested March 7, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use.

Anthony Mallet, 24, 56 Forest Ln., Cary, was arrested March 8, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and failure to notify the Secretary of State's Office of an address change.

Tristan J. Peterson, 31, 24 Timber Terrace, Cary, was arrested March 30, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08 and unregistered/ expired registration.
