Cary Police Arrest Several People for Marijuana and Drug Possession, Underage Drinking

Note: The following information was obtained from Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

Marijuana Possession

Nicolette H. Suslow, 18, of the 500 block of Windsor Ct., Fox River Grove, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper traffic lane use. 

Colin P. Kehoe, 25, of the 3400 block of Shadowood Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 9, and charged with possession of 2.5 to 10 grams cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper traffic lane use, illegal transportation/ possession of liquor by a driver, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed. 

A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested Aug. 26, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Possession of Controlled Substance

Kathleen Lindgren, 50, of the 800 block of Big Bear Trail, Cary, was arrested Sept. 11, and charged with unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance. 

Underage Possession/ Consumption of Alcohol

Jade S. Friend, 18, of the 1200 block of Hillcrest Ave., Fox River Grove, was arrested Sept. 11, and charged with illegal possession/ consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Wanted on Warrant

Cody J. Shine, 20, of the 20 block of Silver Lake Road, Cary, was arrested Aug. 22, on a warrant. 

Todd A. Stayart, 50, of the 1400 block of Oak Valley Dr., Cary, was arrested Aug. 25, on an in-state warrant. 

Thomas R. Wilcox, 22, of the 300 block of Candlewood Trail, Cary, was arrested Sept. 12 on an in-state warrant.

Driving While License Suspended

Megan Jarocki, 23, of the 6300 block of W. Hermoine St., Chicago, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with driving while license suspended.

Juan M. Garcia, 38, of the 8000 block of W. Grand Ave., Prairie Grove, was arrested Sept. 23, and charged with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper traffic lane use. 

Driving While License Revoked

Joel Ayala-Leon, 46, of the 300 block of W. Margaret Terrace, Cary, was arrested Sept. 28, and charged with driving on a revoked drivers license and disregarding a stop sign.

Driving - Never Issued a License 

Imelda Gonzales, 42, of the 100 block of Mary Ln., Cary, was arrested Aug. 21, and charged with driving without ever having been issued a drivers license.

Phillip L. Smith, 27, of Ridgwood Dr., St. Charles, was arrested Sept. 12, and charged with driving without ever having been issued a drivers license.
