Cary Police Arrest Several People for DUI

Cary Police Department arrest reports for DUI and other offenses.

Note: The following information was obtained from the Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

DUI

Antonio Rojas, 23, of the 1100 block of Larkin Ave., Elgin, was arrested Oct. 6, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis.

David M. Fishman, 44, of the 0 to 100 block of Silver Tree Circle, Cary, was arrested Oct. 12, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

Branden M. Collins, 23, of the 300 block of Foxford Dr., Cary, was arrested Oct. 17, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, improper traffic lane use, and speeding.

Hunter L. Johnson, 21, of the 100 block of Big Oaks Rd., Trout Valley, was arrested Oct. 24, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to notify damage to an unattended vehicle, improper traffic lane use and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Daniel J. Richmeier, 20, of the 200 block of Bell Dr., Cary, was arrested Nov. 1, and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, speeding, improper traffic lane use, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and two counts of speeding.

James S. Johnson, of the 200 block of Weaver Dr., Cary, was arrested Oct. 27, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, motor vehicle accident involving damage, improper turn at intersection, vehicle failure to yield right of way to an emergency vehicle and improper traffic lane use.
