Cary Police Arrest Several for Domestic Battery, Disorderly Conduct

Note: The following information was obtained from Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not consititute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Domestic Battery

Zachary A. Flondor, 22, 70 S. Prairie St., Cary, was arrested March 6 and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm.

Erick L. Angeles, 19, 100 Sunset Dr. 201, Cary, was arrested March 20, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm; domestic battery/ physical contact/ violation of order of protection; possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy H. Zegers, 20, 1016 Leah Dr., Cary, was arrested April 2, and charged with one count domestic battery/ bodily harm and one count domestic battery/physical contact.

Disorderly Conduct

Emese D. Hagen, 29, 316 Crystal Street-A, Cary, was arrested March 9, and charged with disorderly conduct.

Nickolas A. Poole, 28, 111 Center, Fox River Grove, was arrested March 16, and charged with fleeing/ attempting to elude police.

Violating Orders of Protection

Emese D. Hagen, 29, 316 Crystal Street-A, Cary, was arrested again by Cary Police on March 18, and charged with violating orders of protection/ prior violation of order.
