Cary Police Arrest Individuals for Domestic Battery and DUI

Note: The following information was obtained from the Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

Domestic Battery

Jennifer F. Lupo, 35, of the 800 block of Elden Dr., Cary, was arrested July 25, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm. 

Frank P. Lietsch, 56, of the 0-100 block of Lloyd St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Aug. 2, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm, and domestic battery/ physical contact. 

DUI

Benjamin J. Knapp, 26, of the 1200 block of Oak Hill Road, Lake Barrington, was arrested July 27, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content over .08, possession of less than 2.5 grams cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of improper traffic lane use. 

Sherry S. Gonzalez, 47, of the 5600 block of West Goodman, Chicago, was arrested Aug. 11, and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating compound/ drug, driving while license suspended, and transportation of alcoholic liquor.
