Cary Police Arrests for Theft, Warrants, Suspended Licenses

Note: The following information was obtained from Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

Theft

Mallory Pasleka, 26, 791 Oak Ct., Crystal Lake, was arrested Feb. 20, and charged with retail theft under $300.

Edgard B. Galvan, 18, 244 E. Main St., Cary, was arrested March 1, and charged with theft unauthorized control under $500.

Suspended License

Christopher J. Strauss, 27, 3120 E. Lake Shore Dr., Wonder Lake, was arrested Jan. 29, and charged with driving on a suspended license.

Weston T. Rohner, 19, 212 W. Main St. 1 F, Cary, was arrested Feb. 12, and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license and headlight violation.

No License

Federico Espinoza, 23, 109 Seebert, Cary, was arrested March 1, and charged with driving without ever having been issued a drivers license and unsafe backing on roadway.

Arrested on Warrant

Jesus Osornio, 28, 230 Crystal St.- D, Cary, was arrested Feb. 3, on an in-state warrant.

Bryce C. Tyrell, 36, no address given, was arrested Feb. 6, on three in-state warrants.

Jeffrey E. Lowery, 20, 525 Cary Woods Circle, Cary, was arrested Feb. 27, on an in-state warrant.
