Cary Man Arrested for Domestic Battery, CL Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct

Cary Police release arrest reports through Dec. 16, 2013.

Note: The following information was obtained from Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

Domestic Battery

John P. Fischer, 36, of the 100 block of Sherwood Drive, Cary, was arrested Nov. 17, and charged with domestic battery/ bodily harm and domestic battery/ physical contact. 

Disorderly Conduct

James Annen, 50, of the 7200 block of Shales St., Crystal Lake, was arrested Dec. 2, and charged with disorderly conduct. 

Wanted on Warrant

Dustin J. Clarke, 21, of the 0 to 100 block of Hickory Lane, Cary, was arrested Nov. 13, on an in-state warrant. 

Brett R. Taylor, 21, of the 6400 block of Lakewood Dr., Cary, was arrested Dec. 7, on an in-state warrant. 

Mario R. Smith, 31, of the 800 block of Sandra Lane, Cary, was arrested Dec. 8, on an in-state warrant. 

Driving While License Suspended

John Broznowski, 24, of the 400 block of Marquette, Cary, was arrested Nov. 14, and charged with driving while license suspended and disregarding a stop sign. 

Carlos E. Escobar Vindel, 21, of the 3200 block of Gilboa Ave., Zion, was arrested Nov. 28, and charged with driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. 

No Valid Drivers License

Mario Vasquez, 52, of the 1600 block of Mulberry Ct., Elgin, was arrested Dec. 6, and charged with not having a valid drivers license. 

Juvenile Arrests

A 16-year-old boy was arrested Dec. 10, and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams marijuana. He was stopped near 2208 Three Oaks Rd., Cary.
