Area Teens Charged With Sexually Assaulting Girl, Posting Video to Facebook

Four Woodstock High School students have been arrested and face sex assault charges for allegations that they assaulted a 15-year-old girl at a party and then posted a video of assault on a social media website, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Two 18-year-old men and two juveniles were arrested on April 8 at the high school and the 18 year olds, James Cornelius and Corion V. Simpson, are currently in custody on an $80,000 bond, according to the article. Simpson is charged with criminal sexual abuse, intimidation and criminal sexual assault while Cornelius is charged with criminal sexual assault.

Two juveniles are also charged in the case — one with possession of child pornography and the other with criminal sexual assault, according to ABC7 Chicago.

The teens are accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl, who lives in a neighboring town and knows the suspects, at a party where there was underage drinking. One of the suspects is accused of videotaping the assault and then posting it to Facebook, according to the article.
