NEED DETAILS!! Car accident yesterday on route 14 near route 31 in Crystal Lake

I am trying to find out any details of the car/ driver that rear ended me yesterday Thursday January 9th around 3:40pm on route 14 westbound near route 31. I asked the girl who hit me to follow me off the main road to somewhere safe as I have kids in the car. She said ok, and then drove away. Please email me if anyone saw the accident and can help find the girl who hit me. I was in a silver Chevy Traverse and she was driving what I think was a compact SUV, darker color.
