Mitchell J. Falat, Sr., 64, of Spring Grove
Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, from 4 until 9 p.m. at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary.
Mitchell J. Falat, Sr., 64, of Spring Grove, passed away Dec/ 23, 2013, at JourneyCare in Barrington.
He was born Dec. 1, 1949, in Poland, the son of Frank and Mary Falat.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy J. (Nee Williams), whom he married June 26, 1971 in Mt. Prospect.
Mitch also is survived by three children: Mitchell J. Falat, Jr., William (Kimberly) Falat and Jennifer Falat five grandchildren, Hailey Falat, Nicholas Falat, Chasey Falat, Brooklyn Falat and Jordan Falat; five siblings, Adam (Mary) Falat, Marion (Jennifer) Falat, Eva ((Jerry) Detloff, Joseph Falat and Janice Falat.

Mitch was a truck driver by trade and enjoyed gardening and horse racing.
Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, from 4 until 9 p.m. at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary.

Funeral Service is 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, at the funeral home.
