Donald J. Haas, 78, of Fox River Grove
Visitation is Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Rd., Cary. Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, at Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Cary.
Donald J. Haas, age 78, of Fox River Grove passed away Nov. 30, 2013.
He was born March 7, 1935 in Chicago, the son of William and Lillian Haas.
Don retired after 18 years from the Bovis Company in Chicago with an Outstanding Service Award. He enjoyed the outdoors; fishing, hunting and gardening. He was an avid Chicago sports fan following the Cubs and Bears.

He is survived by his loving wife Therese F. (nee Stec) Haas, whom he married Nov. 12, 1966; his cherished daughter, Mary Ann (fiancee Jerry Roux) Haas; a brother-in-law Harold (the late Mary) Perry; a nephew Greg (Jolene) Perry; and a great niece, Megan (Jamie) Landrum.
Donald is preceded in death by his brother, William Haas.
