The Crystal Lake Friends of Gifted Education (CLFOGE) is proud to host its annual Book Blast on January 24 & 25. Come out and purchase deeply discounted books for pre-readers, children, teens, and adults. We are offering fiction and non-fiction books. We also have many of the most popular series of books for kids and adults. Come check out our huge selection of books.
Book prices are $.50 (yes, that's 50 cents) for children's books and $1.00 for adult books.
The book sale is held at the Algonquin Township maintenance building (Building #6) behind the Algonquin Township building (3702 Route 14, Crystal Lake). Follow the signs to the book sale location.
Book sale hours are:
January 24 - 9am to 8pm
January 25 - 9am to 5 pm
A special pre-sale is available for CLFOGE members on January 22 from 3 pm to 8pm. To find out how to become a member, check out the CLFOGE website www.clfoge.org.
Come on out and find that hidden gem or find a missing book from a beloved series. Each and every book purchased goes to help support the Extended Curriculum program at District 47 schools. New this year, we have implemented a limit of 100 books per person as part of the sale.
